A CASA is a Court Appointed Special Advocate. The CASA receives special training. They contine their training. They have supervisors that help them. The CASA is appointed by a family court judge to monitor and evaluate the health of the family and the children. They report to the family court judge regularly. It is the responsibility of the CASA to insure that the judicial system works for the children’s good. This includes cooperation with the parents and therepists. The appointment will last until the child or children are in a safe and permenent home. We are looking for an opportunity to share the Good News of God.
